Jeffrey B. Harris is a solution-oriented legal, tax, and business advisor to emerging and growing companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, real estate, equity financings, corporate formation and governance, intellectual property licensing, technology licensing and protection, distribution and supplier contracts, and joint venture agreements. He has a straightforward, pragmatic approach to helping businesses with their legal needs. Jeff also is a Certified Public Accountant and has extensive experience in estate planning and the administration of private and court-supervised high-value estates and trusts and related estate tax, federal and state income tax, and accounting issues.

Jeff has represented publicly held and private business and individual interests for more than 35 years. His experience ranges from serving as tax and business counsel to numerous corporate and partnership entities, including closely held family businesses and trusts, to investigating transactional fraud and undertaking financial, tax, and valuation analysis for those entities.
