James B. Wright
James B. Wright has served commercial clients in general business transactions, including buying, selling and forming companies for more than thirty years. He also assists the firm’s clients with ownership and management succession plans. His real estate practice includes negotiating and documenting purchase and sale contracts for both raw and developed land, lease negotiations and landlord-tenant matters. His practice includes commercial litigation, mechanics liens and collection law, and general business law.
James earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas in 1978, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and received his J.D., cum laude, from Arizona State University in 1981. He is admitted to practice before the Arizona Supreme Court and the United States District Court for Arizona. Mr. Wright holds an AV rating in the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. He has in the past been a presenter at continuing legal education seminars for other attorneys in the areas of commercial lease law and lien foreclosure law.
