Henry A. “Butch” Bailey, Jr. has extensive experience helping clients navigate zoning and land-use regulatory processes in addition to other state and local economic and community development incentive programs. He assists clients in a broad range of real estate, zoning, and land-use-related matters, including public hearing processes ranging from rezonings to use permits, drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, easements, and other related documents.
