Clark Hill Adds Henry Bailey to Real Estate Group in Atlanta

Clark Hill announced today that Henry Bailey has joined its real estate group as a Member in the firm’s Atlanta office.

Bailey specializes in supporting developers through land use and zoning processes throughout metropolitan Atlanta, across Georgia, and nationwide.

“I’m very excited to be joining Clark Hill and help grow the firm’s presence in Atlanta,” Bailey said. “Clark Hill’s platform will enable me to grow my practice and do the cross-selling necessary to support clients in new areas.”

Bailey represents real estate investment funds, institutional landlords, tenants, developers, and property managers in all commercial real estate matters. He also helps clients utilize incentives and entitlements through state and local programs.

“We’re thrilled for Henry to be joining our real estate team in Atlanta,” said Robyn Henry, Clark Hill’s real estate business unit director. “His experience in land use and zoning matters for such a wide range of clients in Atlanta and nationwide will make him a tremendous addition to our team.”

Bailey has been selected by Best Lawyers in its “Ones to Watch” list for real estate law for the past four years. He is active in NAIOP, a commercial real estate development association, and the Gate City Bar Association.

Bailey earned his law degree from Case Western Reserve University in 2015.
