H. David Seidman

Senior Counsel

David Seidman litigates business disputes in state and federal court. He represents corporations and individuals in matters involving contract disputes, general business torts, real estate and construction, telecommunications, and antitrust/unfair competition.

David also represents entities at all levels of the construction and real estate industry, ranging from suppliers and vendors, subcontractors, general contractors, owners, and lenders. The claims include condemnation, contracts, warranty, delay and inefficiency, mechanic’s lien actions, zoning disputes, easement disputes, and other general real estate related claims.

He also counsels clients on all aspects of risk management, including identifying and assessing risks to avoid litigation.

During his 20-plus year legal practice, David has served as lead counsel on numerous high-profile cases, including those that require emergency injunctive relief.

Recently, David led a litigation team in an injunction action involving a $96 million-dollar land dispute in federal court.*
