Frank Scaglione is a trial lawyer representing clients in a variety of disputes, trucking and other motor vehicle accidents, industrial accidents, product liability, and all types of personal injury cases. Frank also advises clients on a variety of business, environmental, and real estate issues such as contracts, risk management, post-transaction disputes, underground storage tank regulations and claims, deed restrictions, access, license and indemnity agreements, and commercial tenant disputes.
Frank advises energy and maritime clients regarding disputes arising from offshore installations and other marine operations. He also represents vessel owners in all types of casualty, Jones Act, collision/alision, cargo contamination and contract disputes.
Prior to joining Clark Hill, Frank served as a legal intern with USAA and a judicial extern to the Honorable David A. Ezra of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas. Frank also served as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force where he flew approximately 100 combat missions in Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom, and was responsible for the 9th Bomb Squadron’s $250 million flight program to ensure proper training for combat deployment-bound aircrew.
