In addition to being a Real Estate Lawyer, Eamonn also has 20 years of experience in Banking. He has in-depth knowledge of all aspects of real estate finance. Eamonn has acted for institutional banking clients, overseas property investment funds, insolvency practitioners, local authorities, and bespoke lenders. He has extensive experience of real estate finance issues pertaining to business acquisitions and cross border transactions and am comfortable with all stages of banking transactions with a specific interest in real estate finance in particular the funding and acquisition of development land, licensed premises, residential property (including Apartment Blocks and student housing) and commercial real estate (including office blocks, petrol stations, food waste processing plants and bio energy plants).
