Donal O’Loinsigh handles the resolution of large-scale disputes through the Irish Courts, including the Commercial Division of the High Court.

Donal manages a diverse portfolio of litigation matters with a particular emphasis on complex commercial litigation, financial services litigation, shareholder disputes, investigations, employment disputes and public interest litigation. Donal acts for a wide variety of clients across a broad spectrum of fields to include Irish and multinational companies, high net worth individuals and SME’s.

Donal brings a diligent eye to complex disputes. Aside from providing a highly organised approach to complex litigation, a key part of Donal’s practice is providing risk strategies and crisis management.

Donal is an advocate of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) to include mediations, arbitrations, adjudications and expert determinations on foot of insurance policies, commercial contracts, shareholder disputes, landlord and tenant issues and construction contracts.

He also takes a keen interest in cybersecurity and data privacy matters and is a part of the Dublin office’s breach incident response team.
