Dominic Rios represents syndicators, lenders, and developers in all aspects of affordable housing transactions utilizing low-income housing tax credits pursuant to Section 42 of the internal Revenue Code.

Dominic is also experienced in alternative or supplemental sources of financing for affordable housing transactions, including federal and state historic tax credits, HOME, AHP, tax-exempt bonds, and Rural Development programs, among others. Dominic regularly counsels his clients to come up with creative and effective solutions to complex legal issues that can arise in affordable housing transactions.
