Corey Calpin defends and advises public and private employers regarding claims of discrimination, retaliation, and harassment, as well as disputes over restrictive covenants. He also litigates claims under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act and represents governmental entities in civil rights litigation.

Corey has experience representing clients in both federal and state court throughout the litigation process. He regularly litigates claims of discrimination, retaliation, and harassment based on race, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, and religion. Corey also litigates matters that include restrictive covenants in employment agreements, disputes over confidentiality agreements, and the misappropriation of trade secrets.

A large part of Corey’s practice includes litigating claims under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act and representing governmental entities in civil rights litigation pursuant to Section 1983.
