Brandon Muller advises clients in the structuring and documentation of transactions involving the acquisition, disposition, financing, development, and leasing of commercial and industrial real estate.

Prior to joining Clark Hill, Brandon, a registered professional civil engineer, worked as a consulting engineer and was responsible for the planning, design, review, and inspection of various commercial, residential and municipal land developments across the region.

In his current practice, Brandon primarily represents and advises clients in the structuring and documentation of commercial real estate transactions. He regularly drafts and negotiates leases, subleases, SNDAs, estoppel certificates, assignments, amendments, and termination agreements on behalf of landlords and tenants. Brandon also has significant experience with real estate acquisitions and dispositions and, in that regard, drafts and negotiates letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, and land contracts. He routinely conducts comprehensive reviews of title and survey matters for the purpose of identifying material title defects.

On behalf of real estate owners and developers, Brandon is frequently involved in the drafting and negotiation of condominium documents, declarations, easements, licenses, restrictions, development agreements, and construction contracts. He advises clients on land use and zoning matters and has experience with the processes and procedures pertaining to land divisions and combinations. Brandon also represents lenders and borrowers in connection with commercial real estate financing, including preparing and reviewing loan documentation, as well as advising on workouts, foreclosures, and deeds in lieu of foreclosure.
