Assly Sayyar helps companies and individuals recover money and resolve business and real estate disputes in California and Nevada. Assly also utilizes her trial experience to help her clients avoid court through contracts, succession planning, and corporate formation, governance, and growth.

Since 2004, Assly has provided her clients with detailed, knowledgeable, and frank legal counsel. Working with business and real estate owners, she focuses on arming her clients to head off legal disputes before they start. When resolution is not possible, she pursues her client’s rights in court, helping them make economic based decisions in line with their business goals. Even after a lawsuit ends, Assly is there to aid in judgment collection and appeal.

Her work inside the courtroom provides her a unique perspective to assist clients in business. Knowing the pitfalls of what could happen, she provides valuable risk assessment.
