Ashley represents and defends premises owners, including retail stores, restaurants, hotels, apartments, event venues, and attractions against personal injury and property damage claims. She helps clients navigate the litigation process effectively by focusing on an early, comprehensive evaluation of claims, including the associated risks and expenses, to resolve claims efficiently. Ashley assists clients in extensive discovery and motions practice and frequently represents clients at trials and mediations.
