Ashley L. Buck (formerly Wilkinson) is a commercial litigator who represents businesses and individuals in complex disputes involving general business disputes, contracts, construction, product liability, toxic tort, shareholder matters, insurance defense, real estate conflicts, labor and employment issues, and trade secret litigation. She works closely with clients to develop practical, business-focused strategies that protect their interests, manage risk, and advance favorable outcomes.

Ashley regularly represents insurance companies, manufacturers, contractors, suppliers, property owners, business owners, and other commercial enterprises in disputes arising from commercial relationships, construction projects, product-related claims, and ownership matters. Her practice spans the full lifecycle of business disputes, from breach of contract and shareholder conflicts to post-transaction litigation and business asset acquisition disputes. She partners with clients to address both immediate litigation challenges and broader operational and strategic considerations.

An experienced courtroom advocate, Ashley represents clients in federal and state courts, as well as in arbitrations and administrative proceedings. She has secured significant results for clients, including a defense verdict in a federal breach of contract case and a favorable settlement exceeding nine figures on behalf of the purchaser of certain business assets. While fully prepared to take matters through trial, Ashley routinely counsels clients on alternative dispute resolution strategies and negotiated resolutions that align with their business objectives and risk tolerance.

Drawing on her experience in both construction and commercial litigation, Ashley provides practical guidance to contractors, suppliers, manufacturers, and other businesses facing high-stakes disputes. Her comprehensive approach combines aggressive advocacy with strategic counseling, helping clients navigate legal challenges while protecting long-term business goals.

Ashley is also part of Clark Hill’s appellate practice group and advises and oversees appellate issues, including from the onset of litigation matter so as to ensure appellate preservation. Ashley’s appellate experience makes her trial and defense strategy particularly unique.
