Angel’s practice includes:

• Designing business strategies in labor litigation and consulting, including administrative procedures before the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS), and other relevant authorities.

• Representing clients in both individual and collective labor litigation throughout the Mexican Republic, including proceedings before Conciliation Boards, Conciliation Centers, and Labor Courts.

• Conducting audit practices, preparing legal opinions, and implementing documentation to help companies regularize their operations, avoiding fines and administrative sanctions.
• Handling writs of “amparo” in labor matters, protecting clients’ constitutional rights in the face of legal challenges.
• Managing declarations of beneficiaries for deceased workers, ensuring compliance with Mexican labor laws and family rights.
