Amber is a corporate transactional attorney, advising emerging and established corporate clients, entrepreneurs, and investors on a wide range of general and complex corporate matters and business transactions faced throughout the entire business life cycle. Amber serves as lead counsel in matters involving buy- and sell-side acquisitions, private equity/debt financings, strategic business partnerships, mergers, and collaborations. Her transactional experience covers the full spectrum of business transactions, including entity governing documents for LLCs, corporations, partnership, joint ventures, and shareholder groups; intellectual property agreements; manufacturing, supply, and distribution agreements; and a wide range of compensation-related agreements.

For the greater part of the last seven years, Amber has been integrally involved in emerging growth sectors and highly regulated industry markets, advising regulated and licensed operators, investors, landlords, start-ups seeking new licensure, and ancillary service providers. She counsels clients on navigating the complexities of operating in highly regulated sectors, with regulatory regimes that impact every stage of business operations and transactions. This fast-paced, demanding, and ever-changing legal landscape means Amber has ample experience analyzing risk, addressing new issues, answering complex legal questions, and crafting creative solutions based on unique facts and circumstances.
