Adam J. Ventura practices primarily in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, real estate, and municipal law. In the areas of civil and commercial litigation, Adam frequently represents clients in a variety of disputes in state and federal trial and appellate courts throughout the country.

Adam also assists clients in a wide range of matters related to commercial real estate development including acquisition, leasing, and disposition of commercial real estate. He represents both developers and local governments in zoning, land use, and real estate disputes.

Adam has extensive experience in real estate litigation, including matters involving complex real estate valuation issues such as real estate tax assessment appeals for commercial and industrial properties, eminent domain proceedings, and commercial lease disputes. Relying on his breadth of knowledge in these areas, he also provides guidance to clients regarding strategic minimization of real estate tax liability. Similarly, he draws on his litigation experience to counsel clients on dispute avoidance through strategic drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial leases and agreements.
