Clark Hill PLC Assists NukuDo’s Cybersecurity Workforce Development Headquarters Launch in San Antonio

June 13, 2024

A cross-functional team of Clark Hill lawyers recently collaborated to support the launch of NukuDo’s North American headquarters.

NukuDo, a cybersecurity workforce development and staffing company, has embarked on its first major expansion into the U.S. market and selected San Antonio for its headquarters. NukuDo offers hands-on training that directly addresses the skills gap in the cybersecurity industry. The new headquarters will serve as a training hub by offering a six-month paid program designed to equip candidates with real-world cybersecurity skills through scenario-based learning experiences.

Josh Redelman and Brad Oxford led the efforts on employment and executive compensation matters, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations. Bret Wacker and J. Chris White assisted with government relations and security clearance matters, essential for NukuDo’s operations in the cybersecurity domain and expansion plans. John Hines Jr. and John Howard supported NukuDo with the development of its website privacy policy and terms and conditions, crucial for maintaining data security and regulatory compliance.

“We’re proud to support NukuDo’s mission to address the growing demand for cybersecurity professionals in North America,” Redelman said. “This partnership underscores our commitment to providing sophisticated legal solutions to businesses navigating complex regulatory landscapes.”
