Clark Hill Member Katherine Garber Elected Secretary/Treasurer of the Transportation Lawyers Association
Katherine T. Garber, a member in Clark Hill’s Houston office, has been elected Secretary/Treasurer of the Transportation Lawyers Association (TLA), an independent bar association comprised of in-house, government, and private practice attorneys who assist providers and commercial users in all modes of domestic and international transportation services.
Garber was elected by the members at the Annual Meeting on April 30 and will serve as Secretary/Treasurer for the 2020-2021 term. This position will lead her to become President of the TLA in 2024. Garber continues a legacy of Clark Hill attorneys who have served as President of TLA. Mark Andrews, senior counsel in the Washington DC office, served as President in 1992-1993. Sam Hallman, a member in the Collin County office, served as President in 2010-2011. Garber represents transportation and logistics clients in litigation matters and disputes, including business and commercial disputes, personal injury and wrongful death claims, and cargo and freight claims.
