GRAND RAPIDS, MI – Clark Hill attorneys Stephen R. Gee, Steven K. Girard, and Nicole M. Paterson will present during the 2019 Michigan County Medical Care Facilities Council (MCMCFC) Spring Management Conference June 3-6 in Harbor Springs, Michigan. Their presentation, Legal Update, is designed to assist administrators, board members, and clinical leaders in enhancing insight and knowledge on the most pressing and current employment and labor law issues of the day. Girard is a Member in Clark Hill’s Labor and Employment Practice Group. He has practiced in the area of labor and employment law since 1986 and represents private sector businesses, health care entities and municipal entities, including counties, cities, townships, villages, community mental health agencies, road commissions, central dispatch authorities, and county family independence agency boards.

Paterson is a Senior Attorney with Clark Hill's Labor & Employment and Education and Municipal practice groups.
