Anne-Marie Welch was recently featured in the Chicago Daily Bulletin for her article, “EEOC updates employer guidance to address COVED-19 vaccination,” where she discusses the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s updated technical assistance questions and answers, including COVID-19 vaccinations. Anne-Marie writes, “Any COVID-19 vaccination that has been approved or authorized by the Food and Drug Administration is not a medical examination under the Americans with Disabilities Act and therefore may be administered by an employer or required to be administered by a third party.”  To read the full article, please click here.
