Clark Hill Announces Jennifer Fay as Partner in Charge of Dublin Office

International law firm Clark Hill is pleased to announce the appointment of Jennifer Fay as Partner in Charge to lead its Dublin office.

Fay, who has served as Deputy Member in Charge for Clark Hill’s Dublin office, brings over 20 years of experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, corporate insolvency, and commercial litigation. Known for her deep understanding of complex legal challenges, Fay’s leadership marks a significant milestone for Clark Hill’s continued growth and client service excellence in Ireland and the U.S.

In addition to Fay’s appointment, Clark Hill has announced Sam Saarsteiner as Deputy Partner in Charge of Dublin and Kirby Tarrant as Lead Partner, Client Service Ireland – a new role focused on delivering exceptional client service across the Irish market.

The announcement of the three appointments follows on from the recent appointments of Conor Linehan SC to lead Clark Hill’s Environmental and Natural Resources Team in Dublin and Conor Kenny as an International Business Coordinator for the firm’s Transatlantic Practice having previously working at the U.S. Embassy in Dublin acting as the U.S. government’s lead advisor for supporting inward investment into Ireland.
