Clark Hill Announces Expansion in San Diego With Additions to Team and Move to New Office Space

January 15, 2026

Clark Hill’s San Diego office completed its move to the prestigious Diamondview Tower, 350 Tenth Avenue, in the city’s thriving East Village area. The firm will occupy an entire floor of 17,500 square foot space in the city’s newest Class A office development. The move signifies the firm’s ongoing commitment to maintaining a full-service office in the San Diego market and its focus on providing a modern, efficient and amenity-rich workplace for its team.

“Since entering the San Diego market in 2017, Clark Hill has continued to attract outstanding lawyers and deeply loyal clients,” said Myriah Jaworski, Member-in-Charge of the San Diego office and a leading national cybersecurity and data privacy attorney. “Our new space enhances accessibility, collaboration, and technology for both our clients and our professionals.”

In addition to the firm’s state-of-the-art office floor, Diamondview Tower boasts more than 67,000 square feet of retail amenities, including an onsite café, a fitness club with an outdoor swimming pool, and a penthouse event space complete with a large outdoor deck. Clark Hill’s space includes a sizable balcony overlooking Petco Park.

Coinciding with this move, the San Diego office welcomes Lionel Bochurberg as a new Member in the firm’s Corporate practice group. Bochurberg, who is admitted to practice in Quebec and Paris, France in addition to California and Washington, DC, is a trusted advisor to multinational clients in a range of industries – including renewable energy, biotech, software, wireless, online retail, cannabis and the wine and food industries – on cross-border corporate matters.

“I was drawn to Clark Hill because of its collaborative culture, breadth of services and truly integrated transatlantic platform, which allows me to serve clients seamlessly across jurisdictions,” said Bochurberg.

Bochurberg, who is fluent in French, Spanish, and English, is a Member of the French BioBeach Advisory Board and of the Association Internationale du Droit du Vin (International Wine Law Association). He is a Board Member of the French-American Chamber of Commerce in San Diego.

The firm also welcomes Matthew Mejia, a data privacy litigator with experience representing clients in a wide range of complex commercial, privacy and technology disputes, as an Associate.  Mejia defends businesses in class actions and other claims related to data collection and use, including online tracking (CIPA/wiretap/VPPA/ECPA), right to publicity (RPA) biometrics (BIPA) and data breach. He earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School and B.A. from the University of California-Los Angeles (UCLA).

Clark Hill CEO John Hensien stated, “Our growth in San Diego reflects Clark Hill’s commitment to delivering exceptional client service and deepening our presence in key markets. The addition of these talented attorneys and our move to a new, improved office space underscore our confidence in the region and our dedication to providing innovative, collaborative solutions for our clients.”
