Clark Hill adds Kimberly Thresher to construction team

September 23, 2025

Clark Hill announced today that Kimberly Thresher has joined its Construction group as a Member in the firm’s Scottsdale office.

Thresher, who is board-certified in construction law, represents homeowners, subcontractors, material suppliers, general contractors, architects, and engineers in construction litigation and transactional matters.

“When looking for a firm for the next step of my career, I wanted to find a firm where I could really see myself long term, and Clark Hill felt like the right fit,” Thresher said. “I met with a lot of veteran Clark Hill attorneys who showed that the firm’s culture was very positive, so I’m very excited to be joining.”

Also as part of her practice, Thresher represents companies in commercial litigation. Thresher is currently representing many Florida clients who are repairing homes and businesses affected by recent hurricanes. Outside of her legal practice, Thresher taught Business Law and Social Responsibility at the University of Tampa and is on the Board of Directors for the Hillsborough Education Foundation.

“We’re excited to be adding Kimberly to our growing team,” said Allison Castillo, business unit director of Clark Hill’s construction group. “Her experience with a wide variety of clients and issues in construction matters will be a great asset to our group.”
