Clark Hill adds Jason McCuiston to Tax and Estate Planning group

Clark Hill announced today that Jason McCuiston has joined its tax and estate planning group as a Member in the firm’s Collin County office.

McCuiston is board-certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in estate planning and probate law. He represents a wide range of clients, including individuals, families, business owners, and fiduciaries.

“Clark Hill has a robust tax and estate planning group, and I’m excited to work with people all over the country who do what I do,” McCuiston said. “With offices and colleagues nationwide, I’ll be able to better capitalize on my relationships all over the country to grow my practice and enhance the firm’s reach as well.”

McCuiston advises clients on asset protection and estate planning strategies designed to preserve wealth and minimize transfer taxes. He also represents executors and trustees in the estate and trust administration process. He is a member of the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas and the Collin County Bar Association.

“We’re excited to add Jason to our estate planning team in Texas,” said Seth Haug, Clark Hill’s tax and estate planning business unit director. “His national reach with a wide variety of clients will be a great asset to our group.”

McCuiston, a Michigan native, earned his bachelor’s degree from Abilene Christian University in 1999 and his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2002.
