Clark Hill announced today that Jason Kreps has joined its Corporate practice as a Member in the firm’s Pittsburgh office. Kreps’ arrival highlights the continued growth of the firm’s Corporate practice in 2025, with new Members also having joined the firm’s Atlanta, Las Vegas, New York City and Pittsburgh offices since January.
Kreps represents businesses, financial buyers and investors primarily in middle market control buyout transactions.

Kreps also supports clients in growth equity transactions, early-stage investments, and general corporate matters. His clients come from a wide variety of industries, including software and SaaS platforms, financial technology, health care, life sciences, industrial services, engineering and manufacturing. He often works with sponsors in private equity investments, multi-generational family companies on exit transactions, and emerging companies in the venture space.
