Clark Hill adds commercial litigator Benjamin J. Branson

June 24, 2025

Clark Hill announced today that Benjamin Branson has joined its Litigation group as a Member in the firm’s Scottsdale office.

Branson possesses a multi-jurisdictional commercial litigation practice with a focus on resolution.

“I needed a national platform to continue to expand my practice, and it’s been a great comfort to already be in touch with attorneys from Los Angeles and Chicago for ongoing matters,” Branson said. “The collaborative nature of the firm really stood out to me and I’m excited to contribute to that environment.”

Branson supports clients through every phase of litigation, from inception, pre-litigation, negotiations, and settlement, to monetizing judgments through litigation, and, if necessary, appeal. He has recently started doing transactional work and also maintains a creditor’s rights practice.

“We’re delighted that Benjamin came to us and expressed an interest in growing his practice with our group in Arizona,” said Robyn Henry, Clark Hill’s litigation business unit director. “His work in the solar industry and full-service litigation practice will be a great asset to our team.”

Outside of his daily practice, Branson is a judge pro tempore in Maricopa County, has been a board member of the Arizona Association for Defense Counsel, and sits on the board of the Fountain Hills Community Theater.
