Clark Hill announced today that Aaron Turner has joined the firm as a Member of its Banking and Financial Services practice group.

Based in the firm’s Collin County office, Turner assists clients from numerous industries with a wide variety of financial transactions. He also supports clients in acquisition, bridge, and mezzanine financings, recapitalization transactions, and middle-market financings.

“The strength of Clark Hill’s finance practice is well known, and a big selling point was that Clark Hill represents a lot of lenders who are repeat players,” Turner said. “I think Clark Hill has the best platform to support my banking and finance practice. There is a lot of opportunity in Texas to provide top-level service to clients in this market.”

Turner’s practice extends into numerous industries, including energy, oil and gas, manufacturing, retail, and healthcare, among others.

“We’re excited to have Aaron join our group and enhance our financial services offerings to clients in several industries,” said Jeff Conn, leader of Clark Hill’s Banking and Financial Services practice. “His experience in a broad range of finance transactions with clients in many different industries will prove to be a great addition to our Texas team.”
