Aryeh “Ari” Derman supports and assists in the development and expansion of Clark Hill’s Financial Services Regulatory and Compliance practice, targeting financial institutions, and endeavoring fintechs looking to enter into the financial services sector.

As the former Chief Legal executive for one of the nation’s largest debt collectors prior to joining Clark Hill, Ari is experienced in overseeing complex “go-to-market” service offerings and educating institutional investors on the delicate balance between risk mitigation and leading-edge innovation.

He has extensive experience and knowledge of numerous consumer protection laws and is frequent industry presenter on items related to compliance, risk management, and corporate governance.
