As the former Chief Legal executive for one of the nation’s largest debt collectors prior to joining Clark Hill, Ari is experienced in overseeing complex “go-to-market” service offerings and educating institutional investors on the delicate balance between risk mitigation and leading-edge innovation. He has extensive experience and knowledge of numerous consumer protection laws and is frequent industry presenter on items related to compliance, risk management, and corporate governance. |
