John Hern, Clark Hill CEO, Name a MichBusiness Transformative Leader

John Hern, Clark Hill's Chief Executive Officer, has been named a MichBusiness Transformative Leader as part of their "Best of MichBusiness Celebration," which will be held on November 21, 2019.

Hern assumed the role of Clark Hill CEO in 2002 and has since overseen the explosive growth of the firm including several combinations. In addition to his leadership role, Hern's legal practice involves advising corporations of all sizes, public and private, on a wide range of issues such as incorporation, financing, leasing, contracting, mergers, acquisitions, and leveraged buyouts. He has been involved in multi-million dollar corporate mergers and acquisitions with manufacturing, service and financial organizations.
