Detroit Member Jason Canvasser recently published an article in The Legal Intelligencer discussing the impacts that the novel coronavirus has had on consumers, especially those who are looking to purchase alcoholic beverages. The coronavirus, or as it is commonly known now as COVID-19, continues to change the way Americans do business and live their daily lives. Retailers have seen their shelves stripped bare as customers fill their carts and stock up on everything from toilet paper to alcoholic beverages. Canvasser’s article discusses the many issues impacting the liquor industry in the wake of COVID-19.

Canvasser is a Member in Clark Hill's Detroit office where he practices in the Litigation group.
