Clark Hill Attorneys Laura Mason and Soña Ramirez Discuss Reopening San Antonio Businesses

On May 14, 2020, attorneys from Clark Hill’s San Antonio office, as a Strategic Alliance Partner of the San Antonio Chapter of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), hosted a virtual discussion with San Antonio Mayor Ron Nirenberg and local business leaders, to talk about reopening local businesses and boosting the local economy. The panelists included Laura Mason and YPO business leaders, with Soña Ramirez presenting to the attendees and answering questions on navigating the legal landscape of reopening businesses, and what that roadmap looks like for employers and employees.

Mason is a Member in Clark Hill Strasburger’s Corporate Law group. She represents large companies, closely-held businesses, business owners, and individual entrepreneurs in a wide variety of business transactions and business disputes.

Ramirez is a Member in Clark Hill Strasburger’s Labor & Employment group. She has represented companies in all aspects of employment law for over 15 years. She manages litigation for a number of national and Texas-based employers in a wide range of industries that include manufacturing, construction, retail, health care, restaurants, and oil and gas.
