Clark Hill Attorney Lisa Reimbold Quoted in SHRM "Should Employers Pay Hazard Premiums During the Pandemic?"

Senior Attorney Lisa Reimbold of the Labor & Employment group was recently quoted in an article published today for the Society for Human Resource Management [SHRM]. The article, "Should Employers Pay Hazard Premiums During the Pandemic?" covers the rewards of providing hazard pay for employees, even for those who traditionally work in nonhazardous roles. Reimbold notes that legislation that may require hazard pay has been introduced in multiple states and should be monitored so that employers’ policies are in compliance.
