Wyatt Sugrue

Wyatt Sugrue is a data privacy and cybersecurity attorney who guides clients through all stages of incident response and breach notification arising from sophisticated criminal threat actors, nation-state activity, and other emerging risks. His practice spans a broad range of cybersecurity matters, including federal and state privacy law compliance, proactive incident response strategies, government investigations, regulatory inquiries, and data security due diligence.

Wyatt also has significant experience conducting internal investigations related to cybersecurity incidents and False Claims Act allegations, particularly those involving compliance with FedRAMP and comparable state-level programs.

Before joining Clark Hill, Wyatt served as in-house counsel for a large international government technology company focusing on cybersecurity investigations, M&A transactions, and corporate compliance matters. Wyatt is a dual citizen of Ireland/USA and spent many years studying Mandarin in China.
