Whitney House advises clients in all aspects of commercial litigation, including business disputes, real estate conflicts, product liability claims, and environmental controversies. She is known for providing thoughtful, transparent representation aimed at achieving practical, favorable outcomes.

Whitney counsels clients on a broad range of real estate issues, such as commercial lease disputes, deed restrictions, zoning, access rights, partnership conflicts, construction defects, and eminent domain.

She brings particular experience in representing retail gasoline operators, advising on environmental compliance, real estate disputes, consumer protection matters, and litigation involving personal injury and property damage.

In addition, Whitney represents consumer product manufacturers, designers, and distributors involved in product liability claims.

She currently serves as the Chair of the Dallas Giving Committee, overseeing charitable initiatives for the firm’s Dallas office. She is also a member of the firm’s Retail and Hospitality Industry Team, offering legal guidance tailored to clients in these dynamic sectors.
