Victoria “Tory” Bantz advises domestic issuers and foreign private issuers on a wide range of U.S. securities and capital markets matters. Her practice focuses on public company advisory, SEC compliance, and capital formation, with particular experience helping public and private companies access the U.S. capital markets and attract U.S. investors. In addition to U.S. clients, Tory represents Canadian and other non-U.S. companies in a variety of transactions, including initial public offerings, reverse mergers, and other registered and exempt offerings of debt and equity securities under Regulation A+, Regulation S, Rule 506 of Regulation D, and Rule 144A.
