Theresa Meehan

Theresa Meehan partners with companies and their employees to successfully navigate U.S. immigration laws and build sustainable immigration programs. She advises clients across industries, including automotive, information technology, and marketing. Theresa counsels businesses on immigration strategy and helps them identify and mitigate risk through I-9 and E-Verify compliance reviews and remediation. Her experience spans key visa categories including H-1B, TN, L-1, E-2, I, O-1, J-1, PERM and EB-1.

Before joining Clark Hill, Theresa practiced at a corporate immigration law firm where she supported companies in the nuclear energy, non-profit, information technology and food and beverage sectors, among others.
