Theresa Meehan

Associate

Theresa Meehan works with companies and their employees to obtain non-immigrant and immigrant visas and achieve their immigration program goals. She works with clients across various industries, including telecommunications, construction and robotics. She also advises on and conducts immigration due diligence for company mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Clark Hill, Theresa worked at a corporate immigration law firm and assisted companies in the nuclear energy, non-profit, information technology and food and beverage sectors, among others. She has worked on a wide range of cases, including H-1Bs, PERMs, J-1s, Is, E-2s, Blanket L-1s and EB-1s.
