Tanya Wright supports the Real Estate and Banking & Finance practices by drafting documents related to real estate, construction, and commercial banking. She also conducts reviews and analyzes pertinent due diligence with regards to title work, surveys, UCC searches, verification of compliance issues, appraisal, environmental and insurance matters. Tanya also has experience in corporate formation, dissolution, and conversion; foreign registration; governance; the maintenance of corporate documentation; and all areas related to mergers and acquisitions.
