Sydney Rivera Prince has experience in Title IX and Campus Discipline practice. She works on everything from new client intake, discovery, and hearing preparation and ensures an organized and communicative approach throughout the life of the matter.

She combines the necessary legal and litigation tasks with a compassionate approach and brings a detail-oriented focus coupled with strong research and investigative skills. Sydney is responsible for the investigation and review of documents and resources that may impact a case. This may include anything from reviewing and analyzing the college or university’s Code of Conduct and Title IX policies for specific cases, researching issues involving policies or federal funding, or researching relevant media. Sydney is also a key contact for clients and assists in data collection and investigation into involved parties.
