Seth Haug serves as Business Unit Director for Clark Hill’s Corporate, and Tax & Estate Planning groups. He blends a sophisticated analytics background with a servant leadership mindset, to develop and implement long-term strategic business unit objectives. Relationships are core to his leadership philosophy, and he believes all growth (client, firm, business unit, attorney, and personal) is maximized when all parties’ visions are strategically aligned.

In addition to his responsibilities as Business Unit Director, Seth has led Clark Hill’s Business Analytics Department since 2014. His team works with practice groups, industry teams, and firm leadership to improve overall firm performance by gathering, tracking, and analyzing data. This work covers a variety of areas including pricing, profitability, and process improvement.

Prior to joining Clark Hill, Seth refined his analytical skills through construction accounting and finance, for a large publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust. Additionally, he gained nonprofit management experience serving two education-based AmeriCorps programs.
