Scott D. Braun


Scott D. Braun devotes his practice to representing insurers and reinsurers located worldwide with respect to North American exposures. Scott counsels his clients on liability coverage issues and claims with respect to hospitals, nursing homes, miscellaneous errors and omissions, correctional healthcare and workers' compensation risks. He has also litigated cases at arbitration and in state and federal courts in a wide array of matters.

Winner of numerous accolades, Scott was named to the 2007 edition of “40 Under Forty,” a special section published by Chicago Lawyer and the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin, as well as a 2011 “Illinois Rising Star,” published by Illinois Super Lawyers magazine. In addition, Scott has been recognized by his legal peers with an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
