Sarah O’Flynn is an Associate in the Real Estate team, advising domestic and international clients on a comprehensive range of commercial and residential property matters.

Having trained with the firm, Sarah has developed robust experience across acquisitions, disposals, leasing, property finance, and complex due diligence, supporting transactions spanning multiple industry sectors.

Alongside her property practice, Sarah has a strong academic foundation holding a Masters Degree in International and European Business Law from Trinity College Dublin, where she developed a particular interest in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) frameworks. Sarah is a member of the firm’s ESG Pulse Team, contributing to strategic guidance on ESG and sustainability‑related obligations, emerging regulatory trends, and best‑practice governance considerations.

In addition to her real estate practice, Sarah advises on intricate probate matters, providing clients with clear, assured guidance through sensitive and technically demanding processes.

Sarah is recognised for her practical, solutions‑focused approach and her strong understanding of the Irish property market, delivering clear and commercially grounded advice throughout every stage of a transaction. She provides clients with strategic, outcome‑driven support aligned with their commercial objectives. She also brings strong advocacy and negotiation skills to her practice, having competed at both national and international level in mediation and negotiation competitions. Notably, she achieved second place in the INADR International Mediation Competition 2023, demonstrating her ability to navigate complex issues, advocate effectively, and secure constructive outcomes.
