Sachiko Hanamura advises multinational corporations and organizations on U.S. corporate immigration matters helping companies develop and improve immigration programs that secure and retain international talent. They help companies and their employees navigate the immigration environment through their extensive knowledge of corporate immigration visa types with particular expertise in National Interest Wavers, EB-1s, O-1s, government inquiry responses, motions, and appeals.

Sachiko holds experience advising various types of clients within different industries including individuals, non-profits, research institutions, start-ups, and Fortune-500 companies on strategies for retaining highly skilled foreign workers. In developing and maintaining a client’s immigration program, they adopt an approach that is unique and specific to each client specializing in corporate immigration change management.

Prioritizing transparency and engagement, they share immigration analyses and impacts to the public and clients through publications, webinars, and trainings.  Their proactivity and close partnership with clients result in agile immigration programs that are ready to pivot with immigration changes.
