Rose Zubik

Paralegal

Rose Zubik has over thirty years of probate, estate planning, guardianship, trust administration and corporate experience.  Rose assists the attorney and clients with the preparation of their estate plan, including drafting of wills, financial and health care powers of attorney, and deeds of conveyance.

On probate matters Rose works directly with the client and attorney throughout the entire estate administration process and handles the preparation and filing of probate documents, applications for EIN and transfer of assets.  In addition, she prepares accountings for both Estates and Trusts to finalize the administration and exhibits strong organization and communication skills with attend to detail, elevated level of confidentiality and work ethic with the ability to meet deadlines.
