He acts for the Official Assignee in Bankruptcy advising in post-bankruptcy matters.
He has considerable experience in advising in complex litigation relating to the financial services matters such as loan debt recovery, shareholder disputes, and negotiating Debt Settlement Arrangements.
Rory has acted on behalf of one of Ireland’s largest banks and a global Investment fund. He has also acted as a leading European Loan Servicer, both as an external and in-house legal advisor.
Rory also has experience in Insurance Defence Litigation and Employment Law.
