Ronan Hannigan specializes in commercial and business law, dealing with all types of acquisitions, joint ventures, mergers, and commercial transactions, as well as having a very significant busy commercial litigation practice. Ronan focuses on getting deals done, identify key issues and finding practical solutions. Ronan also works on corporate restructuring, corporate governance, employment, professional negligence, environmental, and company law issues. Ronan is the lead adviser to many successful businesses in the Environmental and Real Estate sectors.

Ronan has acted in many of the largest and most high-profile litigation cases to come before the Irish Courts. He has represented public and private companies, banks and high net worth individuals, with a niche commercial practice representing many of Ireland’s leading business figures. He always takes a practical approach for clients which range from multinationals, developers, senior executives, employees, and shareholders often in complex and challenging cases. Ronan is also a chartered arbitrator and also acts in many commercial mediations.
