Priya R. Patel is a senior employment attorney at Clark Hill who represents and counsels employers on a wide range of labor and employment matters, while intentionally building her practice around the automotive, motorsports, and creative production sectors. She works closely with high-growth, contractor-heavy businesses and emerging companies whose workforces reflect the flexible, project-based models common in these industries, advising them on employment risk, compliance, and dispute avoidance as they scale.

With experience spanning California, New York, and New Jersey, Priya brings a multijurisdictional perspective to advising companies operating across states—and across industries—with sophisticated onsite, remote, hybrid, and contractor workforces. Her background in real estate and foreclosure litigation further strengthens her ability to manage complex disputes and high-pressure matters with precision and clarity.

Priya is also actively engaged in the automotive and creative communities, gaining recognition through industry events, motorsports collaborations, and her own published photography documenting automotive culture.
