Paula King

Paula King is part of the Corporate and Inward Investment Team in Dublin and provides company secretarial services and company formation services for clients in Ireland and overseas.  Paula’s work also includes company formations, compiling and updating company registers, RBO registrations, director appointments and removals, annual returns, constitution amendments, attendance at board meetings and board minutes, and business names registrations.

Paula ensures that companies comply with statutory obligations, such as annual filings with the Companies Registration Office and recording of beneficial ownership in the Central Register of Beneficial Ownership of Companies.  Other services include the formation and maintenance of property management companies, acting as named company secretary for companies, compiling statutory registers and the provision of registered office.

Paula is an Associate Member of the Chartered Governance Institute, UK & Ireland.
