- Defended auto manufacturer in multidistrict litigation against consumer class action claims in 14 states that manufacturer had defrauded potential class members because airbag installed in class vehicles was defective, despite recalls where class members were provided with replacement airbag. Secured summary judgment on 12 of 14 states arguing that potential class members lacked damages because airbags were recalled and replaced for free.
- Represented privately owned Illinois headquartered forklift sales company with facilities in Arizona, Illinois, and Florida in employment litigation, contract disputes, corporate restructuring, intellectual property matters, and real estate transactions.
- Defended architect in complex construction litigation against breach of contract claims brought by government-entity owner seeking in excess of $24 million. Secured favorable settlement following three-day mediation.
