Nina Jankowski defends businesses in lawsuits involving employment-related disputes, including claims under Title VII, the Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act (ELCRA), Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and several other federal and state employment statutes.

Nina represents clients in federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Department of Labor.

Nina also provides advice and legal counsel to clients with respect to various employment-related issues. This includes developing practical business solutions, drafting and revising employment policies and handbooks, and conducting internal investigations.

Additionally, Nina has extensive litigation experience representing insurance carriers and served for five years as a council member to the State Bar of Michigan Insurance and Indemnity Law Section.
